Say what happened.
QVeeNote writes it down.
A health log for Android that listens, on the phone, and never sends a word anywhere.
“Had porridge and a coffee at eight.”
“Headache, about a six, since lunch.”
“Blood pressure one twenty over eighty.”
One sentence becomes one or more entries — food, activity, symptoms, readings, medicines — each with its time, ready to check and save.
Coming to Google Play — early access from December 2026
Nothing leaves your phone
QVeeNote has no internet permission at all. Speech becomes text on the phone itself. No account, no sign-in, no server. The only things that ever leave are the backups and reports you choose to share.
It learns how you talk
Fix a misheard word twice and QVeeNote hears it right from then on. Teach it your names for things — “my blue inhaler”, “the usual walk” — and it uses them.
See it over time
Trends shows a symptom or a reading across 30, 60 or 90 days with what you logged alongside — a medicine, a food, an activity — so you can look for patterns yourself.
A summary you can print
Create a PDF of a chosen span — readings, symptoms, medicines, and your notes if you want them — to take to an appointment.
Backups you control
Make a password-protected backup whenever you like and keep it wherever you like. Restore it on a new phone. Delete everything in one step.
What it is not
Not a medical device, and it gives no advice. It keeps your words and shows them back to you.
